Smoothflick works across your most sensitive tools — CRM, calls, email and messaging. We treat that trust as the product. Here is how we protect your data.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic between you, Smoothflick and connected services runs over HTTPS/TLS. WhatsApp messages are additionally encrypted by WhatsApp in transit.
Least-privilege access
We request only the scopes a feature needs — for Google Sheets, only the specific files you pick via the Google Picker. Nothing broader.
You approve what goes out
Nothing is emailed or messaged on your behalf without your review. You stay in control of every outbound action.
Trusted infrastructure
The platform runs on Cloudflare’s global network with isolated databases per workspace, so your data stays your own.
PCI-compliant payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never store your full card number, CVV or bank credentials.
Delete on request
You can disconnect any integration and request deletion of your data — including WhatsApp/Meta data — at any time.
